Sales Representative

Job Summary

Our company is currently recruiting for our sales team. We are looking for outgoing and personable individuals who have a strong persuasive technique. You will be working with a team of enthusiastic and entertaining individuals, while providing information and technical details to our clients. You will build relationships with new and existing clients in order to drive business and increase revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop contact with potential clients in different industries by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person
  • Form new and continue existing relationships with companies in the client database by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product portfolio, features and technical specifications to answer specific client questions
  • Present information about company offerings during international trade shows or other large events to potential clients
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability
  • Give clients in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features and benefits of each solution the company offers
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles
  • Become a valuable and helpful resource in all your dealings with clients and create a friendly reputation in the industry
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally in English and German
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with technology  
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing,
    communication or related field
  • Experience in the AR / VR space
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • A proven track record in sales

Unreal Engine/C++ Developer

The position: We’re looking for a fulltime Unreal Engine & C++ Developer

Job Description:

·        Develop VR & Realtime applications using the Unreal Engine (C++ and Blueprints)

·        Plan the development together with the team

·        Create technical concepts for our clients

Requirements:

·        Hands on experience with C++Development

·        Good experience with UE4Blueprints

·        Ability to work independently

·        Knowledge with the fundamentals of the unreal engine source code

·        Solid mathematic knowledge in linear algebra und geometry

·        Solid knowledge in networking for multiplayer games in UE4 (Replication)

·        Working with version control(Git)

·        Advanced English skills

Nice to Have:

·        Ability to extent the unreal engine with plugins

·        Experience with client-based work

·        Experience with Virtual Reality development

·        Knowledge about shaders and the material editor

·        Additional languages(Python, HLSL)

·        Knowing the VR industry and its players

·        Previously shipped titles & applications
